About Us

Pauline DoylePauline has many years experience across the statutory and voluntary sector at senior levels assisting people in a wide range of settings, including inpatient services and community. She has also been working with commercial organisations to develop action learning as a approach to mobilising positive and creative ideas in their work.

More recently Pauline has been working with community groups in having mindful living and working at the heart of their everyday life.

Since qualifying as a social worker in children’s services more than 30 years ago Pauline has worked directly, consulted and trained widely in person centred thinking, planning and approaches.  She is a practitioner in family therapy, an accredited trainer in leadership mapping change through innovation. Training the Trainers is an Action Learning Set practitioner.

Pauline is a qualified coach ILM 7 executive coach and mentor. In addition Pauline is also qualified as NLP coach.

 

Pauline is a systemic practitioner who is passionate and committed to helping individuals and organisations simplify and clarify their vision and strategy..  She enjoys coaching individuals, groups and organisations to develop their learning and action planning using a process of enquiry.   Her approach is supportive and reflective providing the people and organisations she assists the opportunity to figure out what they want and were they want to be.

Pauline has been working with resilience and mindfulness over the past five years. Pauline has been supported by Frances Collins a practicing Clinical Health Psychotherapist on how to develop mindfulness in the workplace.

Pauline is particularly interested and had responsibility for facilitating learning programmes, locally and nationally:

  • Vision management.

  • Tools for change, innovative problem solving tools.

  • Coaching skills for teams.

  • Organisational development.

  • Mindful living.

  • Resourcefulness and resilience.

  • Executive coaching and mentoring,

  • Action Learning.

When not working Pauline loves nothing more than walking her dogs, cooking for her family, weekends in the lakes and doesn’t sail anywhere near as often as she would like..
