I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a focus on helping individuals, groups and organisations in assessment during selection to achieve a better candidate/job fit, and in the development of interpersonal and leadership skills. I have a track record in building long-term client relationships by developing and delivering straight forward, cost effective solutions that provide tangible results.
Whilst at Stuart Robertson & Associates Ltd I enjoyed working with clients such as the Ministry of Defence, Independent Police Complaints Commission, North Wales Police, Merseyside Fire & Rescue, Wulvern Housing Assoc., Warrington BC, Manchester Met University, Nottingham University Medical School as well as private sector clients like Linklaters and a large soft drinks distributor.
As an independent consultant based in the North West of England I am working with individuals and organisations to apply evidence based best practice to assist in delivering services that address important issues:
